Eat & Drink
Rossco's brings Italian technique and Mediterranean generosity to quality Australian produce. Start with warm house-marinated olives, garlic focaccia, zucchini flowers or Hervey Bay calamari. Stay for hand-rolled gnocchi, Roman-style carbonara and risotto, or choose from the grill - locally sourced eye fillet, grass-fed Kilcoy rib fillet and a one-kilogram Bistecca alla Fiorentina made to share.

The Space
Our space was designed to make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Choose the energy of the beer garden, the comfort of the dining room or a front-row footpath table — each with its own pace, and the same Rossco's food, drinks and easy hospitality. Settle into a booth in our little Banyo oasis around the olive tree for a drink in the sun , or gather around a table with friends for pizza and a great glass of red or grab a footpath seat and watch the neighbourhood go by. Whether it's a casual catch-up, a long lunch, a client occasion or a group celebration, there's a space here that fits.

Rossco's grew from a family property on Tufnell Road and a belief that a local restaurant should feel genuinely local. We want to be the place Banyo comes to for weeknight dinners, family celebrations, Friday catch-ups and the moments in between — a familiar table, a warm welcome and a team that knows the neighbourhood it serves.
This place has been part of the Garbutt family story for more than 40 years. Today, Rossco's keeps that connection alive by employing locally, buying from Queensland producers where we can, and supporting Banyo community groups, schools, and sporting clubs. For us, community isn't a line in the brand story, it's the people who fill the tables and the neighbourhood we're proud to call home.
